I’m Jaxon Munns. I work with Utah businesses as outside general counsel. That means a monthly relationship, not a one-off hire for a single contract.

Is this a full-service law firm?
No. This page is one offer. I am outside counsel on a monthly retainer. If something is outside that, I’ll say so.
Do you have to be in Salt Lake to use outside counsel?
No. I work out of Lehi and take Utah businesses. The work is the relationship, not a downtown office.
Does sending a form make you my lawyer?
No. The form is an inquiry. We are not attorney and client until we agree to that in writing.
