I’m Jaxon Munns, a business attorney based in Lehi, Utah. Through Munns Legal, I work with growing companies as outside general counsel on a monthly retainer. It is a personal working relationship built around the business and the people behind it.
I grew up in Kennewick, Washington. The opportunity to help expand the law firm I was with brought me to Utah. Today, Lehi is home for my wife, our boys, and me. Family life and coaching youth football are a big part of my world beyond the office.

I offer online meetings and in-person visits at clients’ locations in Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, and Wasatch counties. Munns Legal does not have an office open to visiting clients. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Mountain Time. You can book an introductory 30-minute Google Meet call through the homepage; the booking calendar shows the available appointment times.
Why I started Munns Legal
I saw a place for boutique, high-end service for businesses in growth mode: companies that need regular counsel and personal attention but do not yet have the budget to hire a full-time in-house attorney. Munns Legal is built around that stage and the value of having a lawyer who knows the company.

You work directly with me on contracts and agreements, entity and ownership matters, and recurring business counsel within our agreed scope. We start by understanding your needs and deciding whether a monthly relationship fits. I want you to know the person you are calling as well as the work we have agreed to do.
